How a Civic start at -13F / -25 C ?

In cold Montreal area , Canada, how start a Civic with very cold outside temperature with no help , no block heater ?
My LX sleep in a garage so I don't know.
The second Civic in the family (a new buy in 2018 ? ) will sleep outside.

Does your car not start? Or are you not planning to use the car everyday? FWIW, I haven't had any issues starting mine on cold days (though it has only been single digits so far).

I'm stuck outside as well, no garage where I currently live.

Only single digits so far this Winter, no negative Temps, but seems to be okay thus far.

When I say Push Start, I used the key fob.

My 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SE was push button and it struggled, I had to put it ON position for a few seconds then depressed brake/start.

This may help battery to wake up and be ready to give more power.
That is what we do we other car in the family, a 2007 Corolla with original battery ; put lights hi beam on few seconds . put off, wait few second and engine starts in few turns this morning at -13 F

Car starts fine but getting up to temp is another story.

My car legit dropped in temp while stopped at a red light. Took 10 minutes to reach 3 bars then it dropped to 0 on the red light lmfao

Its -35C -31 F here all week. I plug it (Block Heater) in a few hour and start up no problem. The only issue in this cold for me was was the door latch were all frozen after I open the doors. The door would not latch to close. Other issue was the door latch were really hard to close.

Yes my temp gauge does the same.

I live in Ottawa so it was -26c this morning and my car didn't even hesitate to start.

No issues here. I park it outside. yesterday we were -29c lol

I park it outside in Minnesota winters and had no problem so far. I also had it sitting in the snow for about a month (went on a vacation) and it started up just as usual after I came back. Typical winters here are below freezing and can reach -30F easily
