Hondata timeframe to visit tuner following flashpro upload?

I've been playing with hondata options today on my FK8 and so far so good, how soon after loading the basemaps should my tune be made bespoke by a tuner? Some guys say basemaps are fine, some guys say they are too aggressive, how exactly are the basemaps too aggressive?
