a box of exam gloves, a can of brake cleaner, basic hand tools and ~10 hours of your time pays for itself! lol I took my time with the install but I'm sure with 2 experienced people it could be knocked out in 3-4 hours, or 6 with one person.

At the minimum look at it this way, it's a pretty hefty investment sure, but you get to take advantage of it every time you drive the car as it benefits the mid range of the powerband. That little stock mitsubishi turbo in there which is most notable for it's low end torque is now even stronger. Even if you're not pushing 100%. Ive had to tweak my throttle targets because sometimes at 30% throttle I'll get way more torque than I wanted haha.

On backroads flooring it in 3rd gear is usually pretty terrifying if the road isn't mostly straight.
I've oversteered the car a few times by blipping the throttle mid turn and the violentness of the immediate torque then subsequent let off slings the car around. It'll never truly power oversteer that's, but it's got super lift off oversteer.

Then again from the start, i've wished this just had a direct injection/port injection setup where out of the box fueling a)would have never been an issue to begin with b)tons of headroom just by upgrading the port injection setup which has tons of options and potential.

Well FBO w/ fuel system on stock turbo is enough to keep with an R35. I've got to try an e40 or e30 blend. This was with 93!

all this racing makes me want to chill and buy a Tesla , i cannot afford a lawsuit in a wreck, . I got rear ended in my 2018 type r and will be getting a huge lump sum of money. I am sure if you kill someone or seriously injure someone you will be financially broke for the rest of your life. That being said I own a 2020 CTR and will probably trade it in about 24 months to get a 500mile range tesla ,

Turbo has excessive shaft play and is smoking on idle
No worries tho Honda warranty for me

The Supra I was disappointed with the seats the steering wheel felt light and honestly my type r feels faster
Plus it was stretching my budget to the max.
