Hondata and Power Steering light

So I have hondata with a 2018 Honda Civic hatch sport and it’s really cold out so my hondata will be off when I turn on the car. So I’ll unplug and plug it in because I thought it wouldn’t cause a problem since it was already tuned and I just keep it in so I can get the gauges on my phone. But when I unplug and plug it back in the power steering light turns on and then turns off. Should I be worried??? Will be keeping the hondata device inside until it warms up or I need it again.
