Very nice V, the color is the rallye red? If so, Honda Access front bumper is 08P98-TLA-6V0 and rear bumper is 08P99-TLA-6V0A.

Based on your fotos, your FMIC is like mine, it does not have the active shutter system in front of it. You have it only behind the upper grill, which is not a problem for an aftermarket FMIC! You also have an edition which was not available here...you have heated steering wheel, 19" wheels, HUD and leather seats but I do not see cross-traffic monitor radars. Do you also have the automatic boot door and a sunroof? Those came as the executive edition in Greece, an extra 10000 euro from the trim I bought (39000 euro).

Also from the dyno, do I get right 211hp at the flywheel and 160 at the wheels? Another guy I know runs the Ktuner with a custom tune on a AWD and the losses are also about 50hp on a roller dyno. When you put it on the dyno, did you do the VSA full off pedal dance or not?

As for the charge pipes link you provided, I contacted them. They ship from Taiwan. The thing is that the do not have flanges for connecting the pipes to the intercooler. This is a bit tricky to install. I will wait in case some company comes up with a bolt on solution. If not, then the solution is to buy the AEM charge pipe (hot side) that already has all sensor locations and then fabricate the rest of the hoses and pipes on both cold and hot side. It is not difficult but it will wether mean downtime (remove all OEM parts from the car and give them to the fabricator) or buy new parts and use those as samples to avoid downtime. In case I move forward with the second option, it will mean that the fabricator will be able to copy them. It will not be such a customized solution and more cars will benefit from the job done.

Love whe bumper kit on yours and the fat intercooler looks really good,
Yes you are correct the car is the executive edition its the passion red pearl with sunroof and automatic hatch, etc like u mentioned.
212hp 160whp that is running the ktuner +9psi basemap and no pedal dance as it is a 4wd dyno, that before custom tune hopefully going next month to get another run and final tune.
Great news about the active shutter grill just need someone to bring out a bolt on fmic, fingers crossed for PRL, love their products PRL fmic and sports cat arriving this week for my fk8,
Seems like a lot of hassle for the charge pipes

hopefully PRL comes through, i mean im sure the first company to make them is gonna sell like hotcakes once people see theres parts available for the V they will start modifying them more too i think

You run the FK8 and dad the CRV?! Reminds me of myself almost 20 years ago, I run the Type-R EP3 and dad had the CRV '03 and then I had the Type-R FN2 and dad had the CRV '07! Unfortunately the FK8 costs 60000 euro in Greece and the CRV another 40000 so it was a bit much for us to keep buying both! So I got the CRV and dad got the HRV '19! If you can spare the money, go ahead with front and rear splitters. The car will look COMPLETELY different!

It is not the hassle as much as the cost for developing. I have to buy all OEM piping and give it to the fabricator because I dont want to be left without a car until the piping is ready. I will surely consider it as an aftermarket turbo surely needs bigger piping!

Ep3s are awesome still.
60k euro for the fk8 is insane i paid 33k gbp and dads crv was 26500gbp, hondas are really cheap here.
The spliters look perfect for the V ill see if i can get them for him this summer.
So u are planning on running an aftermarket turbo that is going to be interesting super interesting, who are you planning to get it custom tuned by? We had ours done by manolitotech from puerto rico via team viewer and i cannot reccomend him enough, he is super informative and he really knows what hes doing check out his instagram he has literally over 50 L15b powered Si and sport civics most over 300hp, loads of fk8s and other hondas too, he does all engine management systems related to hondas and the difference with the V after the custom tune was pretty drastic

Thanks for the tip! I will proceed however with someone from Greece, we have 4 very respectable Honda tuners most of which I know personally being envolved with Hondas all these years so I know they can be trusted!

Greece taxes are very very high for cars, thus the extreme pricing...the FN2 was 34k and the FK8 is now at 60k...shocking prices really. In Greece driving new Hondas is like driving new Mercedes or BMWs without having so much attention from the ladies:p

Not my CR-V but I think you guys might like to see it. Wish I knew what octane gas the guy was running.

Power output is pretty much consistent with what we have seen on other Vs....about 210-220hp with all basic bolt-ons and stock turbo....If only we only knew which turbo to drop-in that has zero to minimal chances of blowing-up or cracking....

Mine has lasted over a year now. Others have failed on base tunes while being dyno tested. Apparently, the test car unit is still running as well.

MHI is known for solid products and quality control so the current theory is there was a bad batch.
