Given my cracked sleeve issue, I would be afraid to do anything weird. Are you also on Ktuner?

I was going to but my tuner chose bFlash WinOLS. He then has the same tunability but at a lower cost.

But I can't change anything and that's fine by me.

Civics with 1.5t don't seem to mind flexifuel. E85 is a safer fuel to be tuned on.

WinOLS is cheaper obviously, you have to do the dirty work at low level side in the ECU, and it's usually expensive tuning cost. You also lose advanced features ktuner provides.

Also, 1.5 love ethanol, but you can't tune high power with e85 mix because you hit fueling system limits, you need a lower mix.

I will try to find a bolt on intercooler if not I'll go with the injen one. Easiest one I've found in Swedish stores.

25th April is the date for the tune.
Decided on going 98 now thanks to your info and the tuners info.

It actually feels really nice now. 20-40hp more would be ideal for me tho.

Absolutely, there is a bolt on kit on the way from a known supplier in the near future.

The only well known aftermarket supplier that officially announced a bolt-on CRV FMIC is @PRL Motorsports but I havent seen an ETA on it. From a small discussion on their instagram page, they said the FMIC will be a direct fit and big enough to justify its purchase!

It's PRL. I just found out some time earlier than the internet.

It shouldn't be that big of a deal to make the adjustments so it's reasonable to believe a q3 release.

Hey guys,

We're actively developing a direct fit intercooler for the CR-V.
As you already found out the intercooler is very similar to the Civic, however there's been a lot of design constraints attempting to utilize the existing PRL Civic core in terms of length being different and thickness.
Due to the constraints we made the decision to design a new CR-V core and end tanks. The development time is a little longer than expected. Just yesterday we test fit our 3D printed mock up and will be working on our first article sample. More news to come in the next few weeks.
