Any cutting or trimming to the bumper or car install this intercooler?
A little trimming of the intercooler shroud but nothing major. It's very easy to do and can be done with scissors. We also show you guys exactly how to do it in our full set of install instructions here. You can also download our mobile app for the install instructions as well.

So on a 100% stock vehicle, adding this will just allow it to deal with heat a bit better and it will feel a touch punchier correct? With a stock vehicle would you want / need the additional tubing?

You actually will see some pretty solid gains on a stock car, even with no other mods. The biggest thing you will notice is the car will pull harder due to the reduced temps so it can carry more boost up top and more importantly you can have repeatable power pulls with no major drops in power from heat.
