I mean, you'll have to buy tires for 18" wheels if you don't have tires already...

Every stock wheel set up from 2016-2020 will fit any civic, except the type R since that is a different bolt pattern. Just remember to use ball seat lug nuts when using stock Honda wheels, comical lug nuts when using aftermarket wheels.
