Honda Civic LX 2018 won't start.

Hello,
I bought a Honda Civic LX 2018. The car wasn't starting. Today I checked the fuses and I changed the fuse relay. The fuel pump is working ( it's making that clicking noise), the car is with new battery, the injectors are working, but there is no fuel going the thank to the engine. When I spray starting fluid the engine starts, but shortly after stopped again. Can someone tell me what else I have to check and what can be the reason?

There are actually 2 fuel pumps. One is in the gas tank, and then a high pressure fuel pump on the engine.

Also, this is a long shot, but I watched this video where someone tried to replace the fuel pump but it came apart inside the tank.
