I keep this in my notes as a maintenance schedule for mine. I have a 2016 civic touring full bolt ons.
Change cvt trans fluid every 25k

Spark plugs every 40k

Brake fluid 2yrs

Brake pads 50k

Coolant every 50k
*miles*

The computer is supposed to tell you. Anywhere from 40-130k kms, depending on your driving conditions. For you, it would be affected by heat more than anything. Everyone saying 25k miles, that’s under the ‘Severe Duty Cycle’, like driving up mountains all day long. It never hurts to change your fluid early, but likely it doesn’t have to be done…

Living in Dubai with that heat, I'd change it every 25k.
