Honda Civic 2016 LX Wallpaper?

I'm having trouble importing a picture and using it as my wallpaper. I'll try to import the photo and it will say "unable to upload" or something to that extent. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone tell me the requirements for a Honda Civic LX 2016.

I'm having the same problem almost it keeps saying file size too big even though I shrank it to almost 100kb

Could it be the number of megapixels rather than file size that is too big?
