Honda Civic 2012 Base model Stereo system upgrade to Android Tablet type

Hello,

sorry this is my 1st post and I am new to this subject I been wanting to upgrade stereo system in my car with one of tablets touch Andriod system
I have Honda Civic 2012 Base model I believe it called LE or L or something in that nature. i am not sure how to find what I am looking for or what is alternative options or even recommendations in 2020

What I am looking for is:
rear camera: trajectory lines that follow steering wheel movement and recoding
Front camera: Recoding
Inside cabin camera: Recoding
Option for Access the camera from a phone app as well record into SD Card
Option to view camera from tablet system that will get installed
Bluetooth
GPS antenna
Wifi - Works great with tethering or Onstar service or some sort of internet service
Steering wheel controls support

I have seen videos in Youtube of so many devices that are super cool but I can't figure out how to get all this in place at this moment I believe what I will need is

1- A camera
2- stereo system
3-pack interface serial for honda
4- dash kit
5-GPS antenna
6- Radio Antenna


what do you guys recommend me and i am open to the alternative idea as well
