To anyone who has upgraded their SI to the HFP suspension. Can you make any comments on the differences between stock and HFP? Any other comments. Thinking about getting it.

I can comment on how the Dampers are.. the Si in Sport mode has quite a but stiffer valving than the Standard Si Dampers in Sport mode.. you will feel every bump in the road but it's not as aggressive as full coilover valving on firm but close.. Now for the HFP Dampers Normal mode.. it actually rides smoother than the Stock Si Dampers in Normal mode but not floaty .. it's hard to describe .. but very nice for a daily commute... H0nda did a very good job on these dampers...:coffee:

Thanks for the reply. Would you recommend them then even though the price? Basically, is it worth the cost of admission lol. I can get them from collegehillshonda unless you know of a cheaper place. I’m also guessing labor will suck.

I they are worth it if your looking for a bit more of a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide characteristic from the cars suspension.. I feel it's worth it but there are others that might think that coil overs will be the way to go... for me... did not need coil overs so I went with these Dampers and matched it to D2's springs... but I have recently purchased Skunk 2 and I will be switching to them here soon.

Last questions. Where did you purchase and who installed them? Labor cost?

Damn the HFP suspension sounds perfect!

Appreciate the info! Wish Honda offered them as separate accessories. I think I would have grabbed them.

Car is great as is, can't imagine better!

You can buy them separate. Don’t need to purchase the entire hfp kit to get them.

Yeah, sure are.

However, for people like me who are disabled and not able to physically do alot of repairs anymore it is great to just have it done when you roll off the lot.

You know whats really disappointing about the hfp suspension? it doesnt lower the car AT ALL. i mean you would think even a half inch, but nope. stupid.

They would sell a LOT more of them if they offered a drop.
seriously. i dont know what the fuck honda was thinking. their hfp susp. always offered mild drops in the past, so that was a really fuggin dumb idea not offering any drop at all for this generation.
