hello everyone had a doubt tomorrow I will install an exhaust system including the Front pipe.
the question is is it necessary to wrap it in anti-heat tape?
if I do not wrap it, I have some risk of burning some part, thank you very much.

not everyone has but alot of people has wrapped their front pipe o_O
if not, they have ceramic coated the pipe.

stock one has heat shields on it so i'd personally wrap or coat the pipe. Is it necessary? for someone who is just going to daily drive, probably not.

usually, you're not going to risk burning anything if you do not wrap. You can pretty much wrap anything. If you think every little bit counts, then it's necessary. If not, then no.

This was part of the reason why I ordered my RV6 front pipe with ceramic coating just so that it adds a bit of thermal barrier to the surrounding. The Stock pipe really just have a few spots where they have weld on head shielding so its not gonna be that worrisome, but every little bit probably helps.

yea, you could also put additional thermal barrier to the body surrounding the pipe. Not sure what's there, but just saying you could add all that.

Thank you all for the answers.
at the end when going to mount the exhaust yes that I realize that there are some cables that pass over roughly half of the Front pipe but there are about 8 or 10 cm apart because of the heat issue that will not get to touch.
I wrapped part of it,
but now I smell a lot of burned inside the car I guess it will be for the wrap.
next week I will look below to see if everything is fine thanks to all.
