HELP! Need help wiring the rear spoiler

I have a 2016 LX civic- I purchased a spoiler with break light and it came with a red/black wire and a red wire. I tried connecting them to the rear break light wires in the center of the trunk. There are three wires, black one, blue one, white one. Which ones go where? I’ve tried the black one with the black and red and the red one with the white . The light will turn on from the spoiler but won’t shut off unless I open the trunk. Also tried the blue one and now my key won’t unlock the car or open the trunk or lock the car. I also can’t lock or unlock the trunk by pressing the button inside the car. What am I doing wrong ?

You need to find an electrical schematic for the rear brake light and see which wires do what, Don't just guess and start hooking up wires... That's what you did wrong ?

You probably blew a fuse and that's why you can't unlock/lock your trunk anymore.
