Help! My both TC lights and Tire Pressure are always lit after installing Subs and Amp.

I just installed 2x12 subs and amplifier in my 17 Civic hatch sport with a line output converter. It all waited fine, but both my traction control lights (one saying it’s off and other saying I’m slipping) and the tire pressure light is on and nothing happens after holding the button to reset it. We disconnected the line output converter from the radio and still show. So my guess is it can only be from when I pushed the 4 gauge wire through the engine bay into the firewalls rubber grommet and maybe did something to the bundle of tiny wires already going through that same hole. I even taped the end of the wire so it’s not sharp. I wouldn’t think it is just an error because I plugged in an aftermarket sound system. I restarted the car and battery as well but nothing. Please help
