Help me build my EK I have cash

Hello everybody I have a busted up 1999 EK civic hatch with a stock manual the series inside of it. It is a little rusty needs a new paint job and a whole new interior.


This is where it gets interesting there's no ignition key, I have the title but it won't move. I want someone to take the car and put a turbo K-series in it with two seats and a fresh paint job nothing else I have $10,000 who can help me out!!!
