Hey beautiful people I need some help if you’d be so kind.

Made a goofy mistake and over-tightened a bolt on the works bell short hub boss. Need help identifying the screw to replace it. Got everything else hooked up. Just want to replace for peace of mind.

here’s a pic

I would contact where you bought it from/ manufacturer and ask if they have replacement screws available or where to buy them. hard to tell anything from the picture but I'm sure someone has gone through this before that can have a first hand recommendation

Check Ace Hardware or McFadden-Dale for the hex socket screw

When you over-tightened it, did it break the screw? Or did it strip the threaded hole?
A steel screw threaded into aluminum is usually going to strip the threads in the hole before it breaks.
I'd get a new one from the manufacturer. You don't have any idea what the strength of an Ace Hardware or Home Depot screw is.
