Help? Identifying this paint problem

Found this rough spot on the bottom of my handles. It feels smooth but there is no shine on it, is it missing a clear coat? i dont think ive had this problem when we bought the car. Any suggestions on what products i should try? i just washed the car with regular meguiar soap

It looks like scuff marks.

Try using a clay bar or polish it out with a microfiber towel and some scratch x

Yea ill try that. It seems to be a rough spot. I tried my nails and it removes it. What do u think?

Try using a clay bar with a Quick Detail and a microfiber towel and see if you can remove it. Spray the QD on first and run the clay bar after and dry with towel.
