Correct me if I'm wrong but i think that's your Turbocharger wastegate control actuator.

Hopefully somebody else on the forum here more knowledgeable can chime in and confirm or deny that.

That's a new one, looks like the connector is broken off the wastegate actuator. The whole thing will need to be replaced. Hopefully the calibration doesn't give you too much trouble.
