Help!!! 235/40R18 fit 17 inch?

Hi guys so I'm planning to get some volk te37 17 inch light weight wheels but I currently have 235/40R18 tires on 18inch wheels , will the 235/40R18 tires fit the 17 inch wheels?

I'm thinking to keep my wheels for winter, I absolutely love my current wheels but they're heavy and bad for performance but they're really really nice, I honestly don't wanna sell them

Having 2 sets of wheels is useful. If you have room to store them.

The OEM wheels are heavy, but they’re also very durable.
