Hello
traded in swift sport 2007 for 2018 civic x 1.5t hatch
so far i did 4500km (2800 miles), no problems whatsoever no oil dilution
i had swift lowered for around 7cm (2.8") on v-maxx coilovers
well swift is very small and short car i didnt had any problems over speedbumps
but civic if much longer so i will not get coilovers i know i can put coilovers to
1.5" drop but i know i cant handle my desires well i would slam it and then had problems
on the road... so i will get myself eibach sportlines and i see how that goes...
here in Slovenia we have very strict rules how to modify car... every single item u change must
have papers from manufacturer and so on...
for springs u have to get TUV papers, then you must get mechanic shop who are certified so you get
papers for proper instalation, then u need verified Allingment paper, and you go to DMV so
they inspect the papers and visual check of numbers on springs and papers match and you get a stamp
in small paper you must have with you when cops pull you over
if you dont have all this sorted out your vehicle gets toed to police and your fucked...
so modifications are a bitch here beacuse most of tuning parts you guys use dont have certified A-Test papers
and you fail yearly inspection test
here it is impossible to change springs or coils home, or even muffler delete, and drive legally
ok have one question guys with 2018 hatch on sportlines any issues on rear alligment?
is it to low for normal use ? here we got 235/45/17 tires as stock
i had swift for 11 years and 140.000km (87.000 miles)
no issues and i drove it really hard most of the time
really hope honda is still making reliable cars
