hella horn mounting

thinking to replace oem horn with hella horn.
i noticed that lots of subies mount it up front where the grill is but i havent seen any civic done it same way.
is it possible to do so?
another question is, the winter here is quite harsh, will the snow (wet) damage the horn wiring and cause any electrical problem and concern?

I mounted 2 Hella horns; I used the location in the vicinity of the stock horns. I also wired in a relay since Mother Honda used just one wimpy horn.

I had those red hella horns years ago, they rusted up within a couple years. (Michigan winters)
