Heater not working properly

Hey 2016 Civic EX-T here. I have an issue where the vents on the driver's side blow only cold air no matter what temperature is set, while the passenger's side works normally. Kind of a problem for the winter. Any ideas?

You feel same air output than the passager side ?
Yours is cold and passager side is hot !
