Headlight upgrade? for halogen bulbs in Civic EX Sedan

I saw something about the Moriomoto Elite H11 kit on a few threads, but wasn't sure if that would work with my EX Sedan which has stock halogen bulbs.

i have a feeling everything I need is included the kit, but just wanted to confirm.
