Head Unit Android Software OTA

By now most of us know that the touchscreen head unit we have is based on the Android OS.

Starting with version 4.0.4 in 2015/2016 - then 4.2.2 OTA updates came

Now with the 2018 model on the horizon, I dream of updated head unit hardware and software

Anyone have any details regarding software updates for the new 2018 models?

This should really be an entirely separate thread.. but have you seen the new infotainment system in the 2018 Odyssey? I'm hoping we get it in the 2019 Civic

i hope so!!!! i think the odyssey is running 5.2.2? i can remember

bump from a year later. still relevant (now more than ever)

that 2019 civ definitely gonna have updated hu. but you think maybe the LX will still have the same basic thing or will it totally be different due to the (hopefully) new high end hu will already have volume knobs
