Hi guys,
I washed my car the day before and noticed a hazy spot on my trunk today. At first I thought maybe I just missed a part for the paint protectant I was using that gets hazy when it dries which you buff out afterwards, but it didn't come out at all. I tried using a little soap and water as well.
Rinsed car --> Covered car in foamed soap --> Wiped the car with a microfiber mitt using 2 buckets and grit guard --> Rinsed car --> Dried car with microfiber towels --> Applied protectant --> Waited for it to dry to a haze --> Buffed out by hand
Any idea what happened? It's a brand new 2021 I got in December.
Ignore my sad orange peel paint and the fact that it's already getting dirty/dusty in one day please
