Having rattling noise when reving engine to around 3k rpm

Did you go from underneath the car or from the top side under the hood?

You'll be underneath the car. I did this with ramps but of course nothing is easy with ramps. I'd suggest a lift if you have access to one. The part can't be seen from the hood. It's just out of sight and would be difficult to reach.
