that's inaccurate, lol.I got my car dyno 158 hp and 160ft lbs I thought that SI has more power I was a little disappointed =/
Also-also, from a data sheet on Hondata site, -- 204.5 hp/212 tq201 WHP and 209 Ft Lbs of Tq 100% bone stock on 93 octane
That's bull. There's no way a CAI adds 13 whp and 8 wtq! Also plenty of other reports are showing 200+ and 210+ whp and wtq, respectively.
I would demand my money back....
Doesn't look like the dyno results can be trusted, meaning that the whole thing is somehow mis-calibrated. So it's not necessarily a "demand money back" situation... It seems like all the numbers are skewed.I would demand my money back....
I would 100% demand money back. If I paid good money for a product that is supposed to be accurate, I better get it.Doesn't look like the dyno results can be trusted, meaning that the whole thing is somehow mis-calibrated. So it's not necessarily a "demand money back" situation... It seems like all the numbers are skewed.
E.g. by simple proportion (and I'm not at all saying that's the right way to do this, mathematically), we have:
If 158 <-> 205hp (actual stock hp),
then 171 <-> 222hp (possibly closer to what they achieved?)
[Again, whatever that "miscalibration formula" is, it's likely far from being a linear relationship like above, but just to throw it out there as a general thought...]
The company that runs the dyno, they are the ones at fault here. A refund for a poor quality product is 100% reasonable.demand money back on what? The dyno? the dealer?
OK I thought you were talking about money back for CAI...The company that runs the dyno, they are the ones at fault here. A refund for a poor quality product is 100% reasonable.
