i know there are alot of threads asking if the HatchBack grille can fit the Sedan, but i didnt want to look up all of them and post in every single one, lol.

Well i finally got a chance to install the Hatchback grille. everything fits perfect and lines up real nice. you can save a couple bucks ordering the HB grille Vs the RS grille.

I have a 2016 civic EX-L, dealer tells me there’s no 2016 gloss black grille compatible with my civic and that 2017 HB grill isn’t compatible. What year grill did you purchase for your sedan? And it’s genuine Honda part? Thanks

the dealer will always tell you it doesnt fit because they go by what the digitial cataluge says. its more of liability on their part. if you are the one to provide the part numbers to order, they will go by that instead as per customer request vs you going in there and asking what grilles will work.

parts that i ordered are OEM 2017 Hatchback grille, part numbers are below

Front Grille: 71121-TGG-A01
Front Emblem Base: 71125-TGG-A01
Right Front Grille Extension Assembly: 71124-TED-T01
Left Front Grille Extension Assembly: 71129-TED-T01

So no issue for me if I want to remove my chrome grill?

I can have a black 2017 hatchback sport grill

Bolt-on right?

Interested in swapping out my chrome grilles, but was wondering if the 2020 HB grille fit a 2017 sedan as well?

Other than the fact that it is OEM, is there any advantage of swapping out our chrome grills with the factory grill over the ProCivic/eBay ones?
