This is what I will be using. Well, as soon as it either quits raining and/or I have free time, I am still going to do the tensile test as well as durometer reading for those interested. Also trying to round up some LocTite PL S40 to do a comparison which can be found at the link below.

I guess you could double check their testing but 3M already publishes those specs of the windo-weld.

I drove mine for a while and love it, I think a stock mount filled with 80A must be WAY more mild than a full 80A mount the way people complain about the nvh, as it's almost nothing with a filled stocker in my eyes and totally worth it.

I just ran the Hasport 62A mount for 1 week on my 2017 Civic Si. It was too much added NVH for my liking. I filled my stock with window weld and confirm it is basically like stock as far as NVH goes.

It shook the whole car taking off from a stop, a fast clutch engagement to get out of sub-1000 rpm was the best way to get moving. Manipulating on/off the clutch in a parking lot or slow traffic was brutal. There was also a slight resonance around 2200-2400 rpm which is a pretty common engine speed while street driving.

I took it off yesterday and is for sale or trade for a stock mount in the classified section.

That sounds about right. Tho I will say it's at it's worse right after install. After a few 100 miles it settled down. Still noticeable tho

I window welded the stock mount in my hatch and it still felt like stock, NVH wise. I didn't have a tip for my tube of window weld so it is questionable how well it was actually filled.

I filled the mount in my Si (with a tip on my window weld to ensure it was 100% filled) and actually ended up with a surprising amount of NVH. More tolerable than from the Hasport 62A, but definitely more than I expected.

I'm actually running the same mount. People said it would take a few hundred miles to a thousand to break in but it took me almost 2500 miles for it to break in completely. At first I couldn't even turn my ac on cause the vibration was bad at idle however now after about 2500 miles its smooth at idle even with the ac on. Of course there is vibration on rev up but overall it's not bad if your good with the clutch and the power delivery off the line is much more satisfying.

I will say I have experience with the following: Stock, Boomba, Stock with full window weld, and Hasport 62.

I prefer the Hasport as I daily drive over 100 miles and it gives a perfect balance! The stock we all know sucks for wheelhop, the window weld helped but not as much as I expected and I got the same level of fNVH as I do with Now broken in hasport. The Boomba was best at the track by far but the Hasport seems to be the perfect balance. As stated it does take a while to break in!!!! The same can be said for the Boomba after around 1500 miles the Boomba became livable for me, but my wife hated it, I mean it literally would make my headliner vibrate on takeoffs with the a/c on...

I can also confidentially say if you can’t handle the Hasport Mount, you will not be able to handle Any Mount of course this is after breaking it in, they were around the same for the first 1k or so for the Boomba and the Hasport! I will say I did like boombas design more as for how the Mount is constructed, the Hasport has more flash and ultimately the Boomba is an 88 durometer iirc and the Hasport is 62...

Would interest me as my current plan and reason I bought the boomba mount was to Window Weld my stock mount then will sell or keep my Boomba mount for road course days or for when I switch to slicks for better times. I will say the PL is cheaper and way easier to get - so almost purchased a few weeks ago, but still haven't ordered either and am rocking the boomba mount since Tuesday night now - it's Loud between 700-900 rpms but other than than it's fine for me. I have sound deadened my car though so I'm sure that helps.
Hi I’m just curious as to where you put sound deadener? Are you enjoying a rear mount at this moment?

Back from the dead ! Lol. Ive had mine for about 14k miles now. It was the first "hard part" I ever put on the car. I shortly thereafter bumped the idle to 1100 and its been butter smooth ever since. For giggles yesterday I returned to stock idle to see if it had "broken in" any more over the last year of heavy use and it is as gawd awful as ever. Idle set right back to 1100. I laughed at how horribly the entire dash resonates just off idle. So glad I could adjust the idle rpm...otherwise I wouldnt have made it out of my shops parking lot without turning right back around and putting the stock mount back on.

So did you still get alot of wheel hop with the window welded stock one? How about the hasport 62a?
