I am wanting to remove the stock red Si front badge, I am just not sure how to approach it.

Is it stuck on or screwed on from the back??

I'd have to imagine it's just taped on. If so, a hair dryer to heat it up and a sawing motion with dental floss should get it off. Use Goo Gone to remove any tape residue.

I believe the emblem is mounted to a "SI" shaped piece of plastic in the grille, so it's not going to look great just removing the emblem. I'd recommend just purchasing a grille without the badge and installing it.

I'm pretty sure the mounting plate for the Si badge is screwed onto the grille from the back. You should be able to remove the whole thing if you want.

Here's a picture of it from the back, I have an aftermarket grille so I dug this one out for research. 2018 coupe. Looks like you'd have a little black square, but you'd have to remove it to unscrew the emblem.
