Has anyone installed the OEM "Red Lower Door Trim" on their Hatchback?

I have a 2020 EX-L Hatchback in Platinum White Pearl and had been considering purchasing one of the OEM accessories... the "Red Lower Door Trim" (Part # 08F57-TGG-180A) shown here:

I think it would look pretty sharp on a white hatch like mine, but I can never find any photos of it installed other than the same two photos shown on the College Hills Honda site and the photo at the bottom of this post, which is from the 2021 Hatchback Accessories brochure.

So I have two questions:
1. Has anyone here installed this on their hatch, and if so, what did you think of it (and could you possibly share photos)?
2. I have heard conflicting information about whether these can be installed on an EX-L. Does anyone know definitively whether they can or can't be installed on that trim line for 2020? And if it can't, what is the reason why?

It will fit any hatchback regardless of trim. Even the type R.

I got the oem one and the parts are quality. You expect fitment from oem at this price point. I mocked it but will painting it nighthawk black most likely before installing. But it definitely works blue/red.

the red is better than the chrome version I think.

Hey there - thanks for your reply! I think the trim is going to look great on your hatch, whether you paint them black or leave it red.

That's great to know that the red would work on the EX-L. I couldn't figure out why the dealerships and authorized OEM resellers like College Hills Honda all say that the red won't work on the EX-L but the chrome will. To me it didn't make any sense. The chrome will look OK on my white hatch, but the red would look better. (Still haven't bought the trim yet... I just moved and waiting for the finances to settle a bit. Some day... )

When you get your trim installed, if you've got some time, share some photos of the result. I'd Really like to see how it looks! Thanks again!
