Bought a 2016 civic yesterday...soon as I parked it by my house, there were already bird droppings on the hood and I made the newbie mistake of using the hose to get it off but letting the car air dry.

Now the car's hood and plastic grill is full of hard water spots. Any recommendations on how to get rid of them, or should I take it to the dealership and have them take care of it? If it's better with the dealership, anyone have an idea of the pricing to get it done?
If the dealer had the car waxed like it should have been this probably never would have happened. Try to spend an hour waxing about every 6-8 weeks and you will have a better looking car with less problems like this.

An orange bite or essential oil helps me remove water stains.
