Have a few weeks of patience, then I'll do a test, stock, stage 2 and tsp 1, with a Euro engine

I arrived at 218 hp with stage 2

I see it a bit low. I think it's a combination of the dyno reading low, IAT/ECT temps, humidity (this should be corrected tho) or knock control. We cant be sure without a baseline on the same dyno with the same conditions.

with 14 degrees it takes several rolls to raise the IAT temperature up to cut power, I saw 30 cv cut too, but it was July and 35 environmental degrees, and 6 dyno in a row

218whp?

I'll try to get back on monday, set it to stock, then ktuner starter 21 then tsp stage 1 and see how it goes.

Mine made 178WHP stock on the dyno and 211WHP on a starter 21 with adjusted MAF scale on 100RON fuel with an ambient temp of ~25C and TSP map 3 is a LOT stronger than that. Results may vary and depend on the dyno type, so a baseline is needed for before / after comparison, but my guess is that anything less than 220WHP for the TSP may be an indication of something wrong with the hardware (~200WHP is what the car would make stock with ~19psi of boost at peak power rpm)

That 193whp stock wasn't full stock as he used a 2,5" exhaust and k&n panel filter?

I know we need a baseline from the dyno that Gixxer used, but something just seems way off with his results. It's been proven that Honda understated the actual hp of the base 1.5 motor. Personally, I think it was understated to make the gap from the Si version seem larger than it really is.

Checking the dyno results on this motor from posts here over the years, the numbers TSP posted seem close to the typical whp and tq dyno results I've seen. Of course, I understand dynos vary.

Stock: 187/200
KTuner 21: 203/250
TSP Stage 1: 219/258

That 196 whp number from Gixxer's dyno sure seems like an anomaly.

Any chance we can combine ktuner starter 21 with tsp stage 1? I mean without reflashing each time. I really miss the kick in low end that i had with it, tsp is great above 3k, but below it feels like stock.
I'm with you on the soft low end. I understand what he was going for. Use your foot and press harder and the power is there. Still, like you, I wish the throttle response was a bit better under 3000 rpm. Maybe at some point Derek will open up the part throttle response settings? On balance though, it's a great canned tune.

Exhaust and K&N filter add a very modest power gain. Mostly just sound and maybe some throttle response and slight acceleration gain.

Stock meant without a ktuner basemap

Exhaust and K&N filter add virtually no real power gains. Mostly just sound and maybe some throttle response.
Im not so sure, I drove some with 2,5" and I can notice some minor gains in the top end (buttdyno) but we haven't compared yet so maybe is just response and maybe 2 to 4 hp, we gained 6 hp with just going from 95 ron to 98ron gas.

Exhaust does gain 15-20 Chp on a bone stock car ,but that's been discussed before.

That's what I meant by almost no real power gains. The claim of 20 hp seems a bit too much. I'm talking about a catback system.

Make sure you're using the full power TSP map. ;)

So difference Between ktuner 21 and tsp stage 1 is only +8hp and - 5nm torque?
Seems very weird...
