At low speed (starting from 30km and going lower) during deaccleration/braking, car sounds very growling or hoarse in noise, and then it feels like something abruptly shuts off (likely engine for fuel eco.).
So particularly, between 30kmph to 10kmph range, the sound from engine/transmission is so heavy in feel, its strange.
Is this normal?
I have 2016 civic-lx.
It is so annoying with this civic is that the driving experience/feel and noise (engine or transmission) over the range of speeds is so different and doesn't feel uniform and somehow draws your mind subconsciously to those noises/ non-uniformity in feel.
I hope it's not dismissed as this is normal for CVT or some aggressive tuning to save fuel, this kind of driving feel takes pleasure out of driving - it almost erases any driving experience I have had before this car.
