The drop link bracket had been moved on the coilovers to allow more ride height adjustments.
Therefore a shorter drop links are needed.

That makes sense initially. But I thought the purpose was to maintain leverage/response from the sway bar by keeping the initial position as close to stock as possible. As you know, as the car is lowered, the bar's attachment point on the frame moves closer to the ground (and requires longer endlinks to preserve the bar's static/parallel position).

Wouldn't this negate the need for shorter endlinks? Or is there a concern with clearance from the LCA's?

That is something that the installer will need to decide at installation.
We have to design the suspension to work within the ride height adjustment, so if the bracket is moved lower then shorten drop links need to be provided as the OEM wouldn't fit correctly anymore.

Clearance and angle are both concerns that needs to be checked at during installation.
But the new drop links should work fine throughout the ride height adjustments.
