Sweet, I'll just take it with me to work and throw it on when I've got even pavement to work with then. Thanks gtmanI’ve installed solid one piece bars on my cars the past 15 years. I've always done them on level ground and they’ve been fine. The only bar I've seen mention lift install is the Tanabe.
If you want to put the bar on with the wheels off the ground I guess you can. Just make sure you torque the bolts tight when your wheels are on the ground.
Make sure you torque the bolts up to about 40 ft/lbs.Sweet, I'll just take it with me to work and throw it on when I've got even pavement to work with then. Thanks gtman
That was mine Ultra Racing is the only strut bar that fit my 2.0 without touching the engine cover....A member here had it on their 2.0 as you can see ...
yes, it clears 2.0 engine cover, I sold it to a friend of mine, but getting myself another one soon, so far I tried 3 bars - the one that ProCivic sells (don't remember brand), cusco and UR... UR is the only one that fits so far and one piece as well. So go for it, you won't regret.thank you gtman was concerned about it hitting the engine cover since it sits higher than the 1.5
Have you tried pushing your car a bit to see how it feels with the bar on? Steering should feel better and left right lane changes should feel tighter.thank you gtman, may end up putting some loctite blue on
