Agree with others that this sounds like a balancing issue.

With that offset/diameter you'll likely feel some additional tension on the wheel, vague feedback under hard cornering, and/or an increased likelihood to pull to one side when accelerating. That has more to do with the scrub radius as described above.

check your centric ring dude. If the centric ring isn't a tight fit with the rims, it might causing trouble.
