Well hopefully you'll be able to find another in the future for a reasonable price but I doubt it, unless manufacturers start taking a bigger position on dealers marking cars up to astronomical levels and losing them sales in the end. Think about how many more R's could have been produced for the US if they had been sold at or below MSRP the entire time.

That's insane, $52k! Carvana, Vroom, CarMax, etc. offer more money for regular CTRs than they do LEs (my latest quote was $46k for my CTR LE w/4k miles). I'm amazed at how much money people get for trade in on their regular CTR, it really is an amazing time to own such a car

Carvana or the used car market looks like it fluctuates a lot. My last quote on my 2020 was 40K about 2 weeks ago and I only have 2K miles on it. ?

My heart goes out to you for your loss...but at least you got to experience it. Mine is going nowhere, at any price. Only have two cars and a two car garage. So it gets driven. Maybe you will be reunited sometime down the road.
I had to sell an MR2-S years ago which I loved, just to raise funds for a business venture, so can relate. I had it four years and 67,500 miles, not just six months, but still missed it every day until I got the FK8.

thank you for your kind words and for making me felt understood. It's been a week since its been gone and i still feel it everytime i go out to the garage. feel kinda petty for having those emotions rise up but i can't help it. hahahha. thank you for your story and encouragement.

that's crazy. i dont know, i sold mine last week and i dont know if they made a mistake but im sitting on the cash now in my account so it's 100. i heard the used car market is coming down hard this year.

I've sold my CTR for 52k. It had 6k miles on it and it was flawless. It was bittersweet to sell it. It was my dream car, as underwhelming as that might sound. Growing up in the Era of the honda type R craze and never being able to have one for myself, I dreamed of owning one. I feel a empty feeling when I come out to the garage now compared to before when i'd come out just to take a peak at the car. It was sweet because I made money on the car and with the purchase of our new home and the start of my business, it was important to have a little cushion. I hope to join the club again in the future possibly with the new CTR in a few years. Thank you everyone here at civic X for all your patience, help, and kindness over the past year. Most of all, thank you to my FK8 for the most unforgettable 6 thousand miles ill ever know. ill be leaving here today with a few pictures that I've taken over the year. Thanks again everyone!
