So, I just had my windows tinted and I noticed that when driving at night I see glaring within the defroster line on my rear window. I never had this problem until the tint. Is this normal for newly tinted window (its been 3 days now) Will the glaring will eventually fade out?! That glaring and light refraction is killing me!

Nope, will likely never go away unless you scrape the tint off.

Yeah, I recall having that issue with previous tinted windows. Not sure if it was just the tint itself or the install.

Mine does it too, and hasn't gotten better in the months I've had it. But, I have gotten more used to it so it's not as bothersome anymore.

Hey did it look anything like the picture I’m posting here? If so did it go away or did you find anyway to get rid of it? This is my first time with tinted windows so ‍♂

It will not go away, it happens on my 3M color stable (decent film) tint and has happened on all previous cars with rear tint. Probably due to the way the film sits on the defroster lines, and light diffraction or something

I will check mine tonight but I did not notice it on mine. Then again, the hatch's rear window appears (at least from the rear view mirror) is as small as :bump:
