Getting a high pitched ringing / buzzing noise after turning off the engine.

So I noticed that after shutting off my engine, I can hear a high pitched ringing / buzzing (electrical?) sound for about 5 seconds before it goes away, anyone know whats causing this?

Maybe it's always been there and I just haven't noticed it until now, just checking here first before I take it into the dealer.
