Genuine Honda Full Synthetic Oil for 2017 civic?

Are there any 0w-20 conventional oils available? All the ones I've seen are full synthetic or synthetic blends. So if you go with 0w-20, chances are you will get a synthetic oil.

Regarding the synthetic blend 0w-20, does anyone know the ratio of conventional to synthetic oil for the Honda brand?

There are only a few true 100% PAO/Ester based synthetic oils out there, Amsoil SS, RedLine, Torco, Motul Total Quartz and maybe a few others, Shell Helix but only available in Europe. Any I listed will outperform OE Honda which is NOT 100% synthetic.
