We shall remember you fondly our fallen comradeMine was built 9/18. Looks like I'm in for a trip to the dealership.

I can't promise you anything, but we will try to leave room for that in the budgetBe sure to play Highway to Hell at the vigil.
Good find. if these dates are legit, then looks like I’m in the clear. My Civic hatch has a build date of 4/19Look at the date printed on the label inside the driver's door frame. If it's 06/18 to 01/29, yours will probably be recalled.

I will check mine later anyway 2017 civic LX sedan 2.0L is not affected? Thanks.
Hatchbacks (including Type R) only at this time - not sedans or coupes (including Si).11/18 built but it's an SI. Don't know if there will be a recall later
I have not replaced one on these engines so I cannot speak on that. But in the past when I have replaced them they have been a HUGE pain to do so I personally would just let the dealership do itWhere is the fuel pump located and how much does the new one cost approx?
I'd rather replace it myself (if not a ton of work and doesn't cost a fortune) than let the dealership monkeys touch my car.
About $230 online. Replacement is fairly simple - just remove the rear seat cushion and access panel then loosen the fuel pump using a special tool. Your vehicle will always show an open recall until a Honda dealer replaces it again.Where is the fuel pump located and how much does the new one cost approx?
