I dont think the TSB related to injectors. They extended the engine warranty to 6 years, unlimited miles, but it only covers certain components.

He's at 75,000 miles so I doubt a dealer would replace them under warranty.
Yeah it’s not covered I tried already haha now I’m looking for something close to OEM specs for the 2.0L

Never heard of the MM listing a FI replacement code, like Oil/Filter/ etc.
I'd consider them like a wheel bearing - replace as needed

I had the high pressure fuel pump go bad on my at 96K. We couldn't sort out the cause, so the dealer suggested changing the injectors also, which I accepted. They adjusted the valves while there were in there since that was a maintenance item, and they were noisy. All said, $3K out the door. I'm told by a service guy buddy that the HPFP's are more commonly going bad. Since I run the PRL flex fuel sensor, there was a bulletin by them warning of their low pressure fuel hose had reports of breaking down. I thought that might be the culprit, but after closer inspection, the screen filter on the pump inlet was clean. PRL sent me a replacement hose at no cost and after splitting the old hose open, it looked new with no breakdown. Knowing this now, I would not have replaced the injectors without cause, but I also monitor several engine parameters on my V2 display, so I would have caught misfires leading me to the problem eventually. I don't think there is any data to suggest changing the injectors preventatively. I also have no evidence that higher ethanol percentages are causing damage. Unfortunately, I reset some fuel system hardware before proving that. I'm at 105K on miles now.
