These were in my 17 si fog housing for 6 months These are for fog lights not headlights. I bought them from local pep boys store. I think I still have receipt and I believe I paid $150. I would rate condition 9-10 for a few reasons first idk how but they didn't even get dirty there is only a tiny bit of dirt in some crevices which you need light to even see. Second I don't drive at night so I'm going to guesstimate these only have 20 hours on them give or take. They are advertised as 6k color temp but in my opinion they look more like 5k. I have used a lot of brands and Philips and Morimoto are my go to brands they just plain and simple LAST. I don't need them anymore so I will sell them cheap $80 shipped (I pay shipping) to lower us 48 states only. I will be wrapping each bulb individually with bubble wrap then shipping in a box for safety no shipping envelopes to dangerous
