Hey, was wondering if these wheels come with tpms, lug nuts, and the center caps? Are they in good condition like are they bent at all? I'm in Houston and willing to drive up to DFW to pick these up.

Far as i know TPMS is passive in this version civic, its a rotational calculation in the wheel hub assembly. ( different RPM's of the wheels outside of parameters will trigger the alert ). Cheaper overall too as you dont have electronics in the wheels with batteries, but you cant actively check your air pressure. A bad thing on it is as the weather cools, if all tires drop in pressure uniformly, you will never get an alert. GLWS

Yes it comes with everything as stock. I have the OEM wheels locks as well as OEM black locks if you wanted them as well.
