I needed a front tow point but wasn’t too keen on the idea of hacking up the front bumper garnish to make it work. After some research I came up with a solution, so thought I’d share for anyone else with a 2020 with this need.
I ordered the EVS Tuning Front Tow Hook Adapter from Evasive Motorsports. $195

I ordered a tow strap, there are many many options on the market from multiple sources. Just make sure you get a ‘real’ one that’s actually rated for towing and not one built for aesthetic purposes. I purchased a Grayston brand one, but Sabelt makes a nice one too. $15-$25
I then got a bolt to fasten the tow strap to the tow hook adapter from Belmetric. SKU no. Is BH22X50FYLW, 50mm Length. $7.36
https://belmetric.com/m22x2-5-coarse-din-931-933-hex-bolts-10-9/?sku=BH22X50FYLW
With that, I was able to attach the tow hook adapter and tow strap and then snake the tow strap through the slotted opening in the factory garnish.
