Hey, just to share my 2 cents, I live in Italy (europe), the two central front sensors have an actual issue in our market where they would go off when they got wet (and some cases even if it's cold outside), it is a Honda recognized issue and they started changing the front grille (after over a year this issue was discovered). As of now I have had the new grill installed for almost a month without any issue, but it really hasn't rained yet.

in italy honda is recognizing a defect on the front sensors, replacing the mask, the problem arises when it rains, the sensors become crazy

yes, they looks clean then new on facelift bumper in australia :)
but the problem is in front mask sensors and they looks same as MY16/17/18 :hmm:

Why are they going backwards on 2019 with the huge shrouds for those on bumper? The previous one, like those in the black grill, is only 16mm in diameter, look clean because it's flushed with whatever surface it's on.

I've had several problems as wel in snowing or freezing conditions .Parking sensors would go off for no reason ,and even had my front radar go out completely for a while because of the snow /or freezing .
The electronics on these new civics are crap , automatic headlights doesn't work properly , automatic windshield wipers doesn"t work properly, TPMS sensors are useless and even that went off for no reason a few days ago .
I even noticed my steering wheel wasn't centered when i'm driving in a straight line . Car's only a 3-4 months old ...

My sensors have completely failed now on my Civic but only because one sensor is gone. The diagnostic read it as the number 4 sensor at the front of the car, but my mechanic had no way of identifying which sensor that was exactly, does anyone know where the number 4 sensor is located or if there's a diagram for the wiring?

Number 4, I guess it's either the one on the far left or the one on the far right depending on which way you count it from. Sorry I couldn't help.

I live in Sweden and the problem arises in one of the two central front sensors after a car wash or heavy rain/snow. Everything else works just fine even in freezing cold except for these sensors from time to time

Looks like it would cost over 900 Euros to buy ALL those parts (1,2,3,4,5,6...)
nevermind shipping, duties, taxes.

But if you just plugged all that stuff into a North American car...

would we get the sensor display in the Infotainment?

I really can't imagine my 2016 firmware has that in there.
Not a big fan of the looks, but front and rear parking would sure be nice...

This link was also interesting...
