Front grille extension came off on the highway

Greetings!
I recently had my entire car wrapped. From CW to yellow. For that they took apart most of the car.
Yesterday I took my car for the first time on the highway after that. When I hit like 130km/h, the grille plastic piece over the passanger headlight just came off and flew right into my windshield.
The windshield itself suffered no damage but I am left with this.

Apperantly they broke the clips off and 'glued' them back together with that black sticky dough.
What fool applies such a part on a car like this so badly?

Wtffffffff that's crazy. Smh at the people that wrapped your car for that sloppy attempt at tryna fix that. Hope they paying for that sorry it had to happen to you

It’s not a fact of hope they pay for it. They will pay for it. Poor work was done and they didn’t even notify you.

Yeah that's definitely their fault. That pice snaps into place so they either didn't install it right or broke it when disassembling. From the pics they looked like they did do a good job on the wrap. I would love to see more pics of the car.

Wrap looks great! Disappointed that the shop was shortsighted re breaking the part.

Sadly yeah. I'll be visiting them on Tuesday again to sort this out.
They really did a good job on the wrap, apart from wrapping the side mirrors yellow instead of black (which they told me they will fix for free).

Don't really have a lot of pics yet, since it was done only a few days ago.

thats disappointing. I hate shops that tries to mask their mistake secretly.
Like just be upfront with your customer and buy a new grille piece. That thing is only like $25 usd.
